Thanks for choosing Axiom Tool Co. We typically do not ship outside of the United States, unless prior arrangements with us have been made. Please direct all out of country inquires to sales@axiomtoolco.com

For smaller items that can be shipped via parcel carriers We can Ship to Business & Residential addresses.

Many of the items we sell are large, heavy pieces of shop equipment that require LTL TRUCK SHIPMENT. some of these items are shipped freight pre paid( free freight) & some will require a freight quote prior to ordering- each listing tells which of the 2 of these options apply.  For LTL TRUCK SHIPMENTS, we will ship business, and also RESIDENTIAL. we can only ship if there is truck access to your residential & business address. Typically Trucks will unload in street, FORKLIFT, OR LOADER is needed, AND sometimes a SKID STEER, is capable of unloading your truck shipment, depending on the shipment weight and the lift capacity of your unloading equipment. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTION OR CONCERNs ABOUT YOUR LIFTING CAPACITY OR IF A TRUCK CAN GET TO YOUR ADDRESS, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING. We can always ship and do a dock hold for pickup at nearest dock, if you need to do this please contact us prior to ordering so we can find the nearest dock to you.  Some extremely rural areas, and some very dense urban areas may incur special charges, if you think this may be you please contact us prior to ordering and we can check for you. 

MOST PARCEL SHIPMENTS DEPENDING ON SET UP, AND PACKING TIME ARE DELIVERED WITHIN 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS on average. 

MOST LTL TRUCK SHIPMENTS ARRIVE WITHIN 7-14 DAYS ON AVERAGE. BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF LTL TRUCK SHIPMENTS, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY DATE OF THE ITEM BECUASE OF LOGISTICAL ISSUES THAT TRUCK FREIGHT COMPANIES COME INTO. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SHIPPING COMPANY WILL DELIVER WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. SOMETIMES SHIPPING WINDOWS ARE MISSED WITH LTL SHIPMENTS. 

AXIOM TOOL CO WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY EQUIPMENT RENTAL EXPENSES, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST WAGES BECUASE OF LTL SHIPMENT DELIVERY DELAYS.

OWNERSHIP OF FREIGHT PASSES TO THE BUYER ONCE THE PRODUCT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSES. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ALL CLAIMS WITH THE FREIGHT CARRIER DIRECTLY SHOULD ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OCCURS. 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL ADDITIONAL FEES THAT THE FREIGHT DELIVERY COMPANY CHARGES TO YOU OR AXIOM TOOL CO BECAUSE OF YOUR ACTIONS.
